Refund policy

Returns Policy:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, email support@blockform.net with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable items: custom orders, gift cards, and digital products.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders may be in production and cannot be canceled.
